We are looking for a multi-faceted Digital Marketing Executive to join our Global Marketing Team and based in Singapore. You have strong Japanese written skills and possess good spoken Japanese Business language. You have the flair for identifying latest trends and possess strong business acumen. You play a significant role in aligning sales and marketing efforts to help in growing the company’s revenue streams. The Digital Marketing Executive, Japan Market will help provide support for the Global marketing team and its initiatives. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to localize and implement the marketing campaigns. This is to generate top quality leads and market information to develop the sales pipeline and help in achieving revenue goals.

**Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Manage our company social media accounts to grow our follower base and create greater awareness about AximTrade.
- Drive user registrations.
- Guide agencies in Japan to implement marketing plans and initiatives.
- Understand the regulatory environment in Japan concerning social media.
- Work with trade marketing team to plan and integrate digital and social media activity for campaigns for engagement with key retail brands.
- Develop and implement the annual social media content calendar for the Japan market.
- Develop and implement plans for managing crisis on digital space and social media.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and controls to ensure adherence to all relevant corporate and business practices and policies and to mitigate potential operational and reputational risks.
- Maintain detailed channel documentation that are utilized for daily campaign management and audit exercise.
- Appropriately assess regulation and ethical risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and its clients.

**Requirement**
- MUST have experience writing Japanese business articles/reports and speak fluent Japanese.
- 3-4 year of working experience in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry.
- MUST be able to vet through Japanese content (Intended for the Japan Market)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and follow timelines closely.
- Organised, systematic and meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
- Based in Singapore.
