**Our Client**:
Our client is a Singapore real-estate conglomerate with operations throughout Southeast Asia. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Sustainability to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Implement corporate and organizational carbon accounting
- Perform life cycle evaluations and cost studies of suggested alterations, then plan and implement changes or adjustments based on sustainability goals
- Making use of life cycle analysis and carbon computation accounting technologies
- Carry out gap analyses in green building and sustainability, energy modelling, and opportunity identification
- In accordance with ESG roadmaps and targets, recommend and put into practice initiatives, new practices, best practices, tools, and technology

**The Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science or other related studies
- Over 5 years professional experience in similar capacity
- Certified Energy Manager / Green Building Professional designation (GMAAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, etc.)
- Prior demonstrated experience working with government agencies on securing funding and implementing new technologies
