**JOB TITLE**:
Project coordinator

REPORT TO: SALES DIRECTOR APAC 2 & HEAD OF CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT APAC MAIN TASK:
Ensure Business target achievement (Turnover and Average Price) in the relevant territory

According to the Commercial Strategy in the area and in coordination with the Head of Contract Development APAC, the Project coordinator, through a phygital approach, will actively increase the connections and brand awareness by building solid relationships with the key decision makers of the Real Estate environment, Architect Studios, Design Studios, Contractors, Developers.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Establish company products as the main choice in the selection/specification process of Design and Architect firms.
- Build a detailed portfolio of Design and Architect firms (existing and potential) following the macro categories: Traffic, Lead, Prospect, Affiliates. Managing the existing database and growing it.
- Organize daily visits and meetings with the major Key decision makers, respecting the weekly target.
- Prepare, present, and defend quotations for projects specified by Key decision makers.
- Follow all the steps with the decision makers until the project is confirmed with company products, periodically

updating the Business Development Coordinator APAC and the Sales Director APAC.
- Ensure Design and Architect firms have adequate company Marketing materials to support the specification

process, including samples, brochure (physical and virtual).
- Conduct Training / Counseling sessions on-site, remotely (with the company Connection support) and at the company.

Flagship store to keep customers up to date on actual and new product/service portfolio.
- Share with the Business Development Coordinator APAC all the market information, own activities, challenges,

and successes (daily and weekly frequency).
- Contribute and assist in concept creation and organization of “Lunch & Learn” formats, Customer events and

conventions targeted to professional audience.
- Report precisely, daily activity and monitor Key decision-maker databases and project management through

CRM software (Sales Force).
