**Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:**

通过电话、邮件、对话或面对面快速响应客户问题
- Assist students with essential processes such as registration, class scheduling, and payment.

协助学生处理注册、课程安排、支付等相关事务
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

使用合适工具和资源提供精确、有效、完整的信息
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.

处理客户投诉,提供适当的解决方案,并进行跟踪
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

维护客户交互记录,处理客户信息并存档
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

遵循公司沟通流程和经营策略
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and improve service processes.

合作内部各部门,解决客户问题,优化服务流程
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

发现问题时即时上报并分配给相关团队
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a customer-first culture.

**Qualifications and Skills / 职位要求:**
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

能流利地以中文和英文逻辑表达和沟通,包括口说和书写
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

高中文函或同等学历,大学本科学历优先
- Proven experience in a customer support role is preferred.

有客服相关工作经验者优先
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

出色的沟通交流技巧
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,100.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
