Leading organisation in the manufacturing sector is looking for a L&D specialist, up to SGD5,500/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a L&D specialist to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a L&D specialist looking after end-to-end training needs, designing training programs, closing competency gaps and leading on focus groups. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Comfortable with the manufacturing industry and understands plant operations dynamics
- Ideally be ACLP/ACTA certified
- Must be fluent in Mandarin as you will be supporting training for Chinese employees
