HR(L&d) Senior/specialist

SHEIN is looking to bring on board a highly motivated, all rounded HR professional to provide strong support for Country HRBP and Business Leaders with solutioning and facilitate implementation, and to support our colleagues regionally on company's transformational journey and make them live the change.
The incumbent will work closely with HQ Talent Development & Learning, Organizational Development (TD, LD & OD), HR Operations Leads to provide learning and talent development strategic interventions and tactical support to the business, to drive project excellence and implement capability building plans in alignment with the business strategies
The role requires an independent contributor with hands on experience, excellent presentation skills, a customer oriented and consulting mindset.
- Handle employee life cycle process from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Support HRBP to analyze business needs and responsible to plan, implement and conduct regular internal training
- Support HRBP on a variety of internal employee engagement or cultural events
- Support HQ OD TD L&D Team and ensure Global Talent Management and Organizational Development projects are successfully implemented locally to meet business objective
- Deliver change management strategies and communicate internally effectively
- Continuous improvement - identify processes and areas for improvement while keep up date with market best practices and local guidelines.
- Undertake any other tasks/projects as assigned by line manager or functional head
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business or relevant qualifications
- Prior at least 3 years of relevant HR experience preferably in either one or two areas such as Organizational Development / Talent Development / Learning & Development / HR Operations with in-depth methodologies
- Proven strong stakeholder management and project management skills within a matrix organization
- Experience in e-commerce or Internet or tech industry
- Highly meticulous and attentive to details
- Customer oriented and agile mindset
- Positive working attitude and keen to learn
- Highly independent and a great team player
