**The Company**

We are partnering with a global leader in end-to-end supply chain services and network solutions. The company manages large and complex supply chains across multiple industries and is a trusted partner in transforming and optimizing supply chains.

**The Senior IT Specialist, Application will be responsible for**:

- Provide 2nd level support, adhering to SLAs, troubleshooting, and collaborate with software vendors for issue resolution.
- Design and develop basic B2B integrations between customer system and WMS, including script writing for data format conversion.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing team to review RFQ requirements, secure contracts, and work on process integration.
- Partner with Products and Operations Excellence team for continuous system improvement.
- Collaborate and partner with system vendor for updates, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Ensure clear communication and adherence to company policies, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines.

**The Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Preferred 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and Cargowise One are preferred.
- Proficient in scripting / programming languages (macros, PHP or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of Application Support and User Management.
- Ability to customize basic integration messages.
- Effective communication skills with technical and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Digital literacy and service oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Specialist: 5 years (preferred)
