Senior carpenter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Carpenter to lead our factory carpentry and production team. You will handle all types of carpentry work, guide other workers, and make sure all furniture and fittings are produced with good quality and on time.

• Supervise and guide carpenters and helpers in the factory.
• Plan daily work schedule and make sure production is completed on time.
• Read and understand carpentry drawings and measurements.
• Do cutting, assembling, and finishing of furniture and carpentry works.
• Check and ensure good quality before delivery or installation.
• Control and record material usage to reduce wastage.
• Maintain tools, machines, and ensure factory is safe and clean.
• Work with project managers and designers for production needs.

• At least 5 years' experience in carpentry or furniture production.
• Able to read shop drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Good knowledge of materials, machinery, and tools.
• Leadership skills to guide and manage factory team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and can work independently.
