**ExxonMobil in Singapore**

ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

As Singapore serves as the AP hub for some of our businesses, we employ about 3,500 people across positions in operations, projects, commercial, corporate support functions and others.

**What you will do**
- Analyze, manage and steward key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop Data visualizations / Automated dashboards to surface key data insights to stakeholders
- Translating numbers and facts to inform strategic business decisions, especially on resource management and utilization
- Lead the submission and analysis of Industry benchmarking matrixes / workforce survey data
- Work hand-in-hand with Business Analysts / Business Unit personnel to ensure maintenance data are accurate and up to date
- Steward maintenance costs and expenditures
- Coordinate and perform inter-department / intercompany billings

**About you**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A good honors degree in Engineering/Science from a recognized University
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to perform analysis on key performance indicators and propose improvement opportunities
- Inquisitive, pro-active with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to track, monitor, steward and control overall maintenance Operating Expense in line with business objectives
- Good presentation skills preferred
