Payroll Advisor, HRms Implementation

We are looking for a Payroll Advisor to play a vital role in supporting our HRMS implementation to establish a sustainable Payroll team in our Business Service Operations (BSO) department.

Core Responsibilities

As a Payroll Advisor, you are responsible for delivering a consistent service to all the stakeholders of the BSO. This means to meet expectations and provide a top professional service, incorporating the LEGO values.

Besides this you will be responsible to:

- Support HRMS implementation (Workday) related activities across APAC
- Create test scenarios, data validation, etc.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, end user training and system deployment activities
- Process user documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments
- Continuously look for improvements and come up with new ideas based on new insights

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Kladno and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.

As part of the LEGO BSO, you will be part of an environment where the focus is on quality, learning and collaboration.
Do you have what it takes?
- 2 - 3 years of relevant professional working experience with Payroll processes, preferably with regional payroll experience
- Understanding of HR / Payroll processes
- Understanding of HR policies, legislation and tax rules
- Experience from Shared Service Centres is an advantage
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Experience with SAP HR and/or SAP Payroll, Workday.
- Proficient in MS office
- Experience with Payroll Systems e.g. ADP Streamline/Celergo is an advantage
- Technical savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Positive, service-minded and out-going
- Structured, detailed and accurate when working
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and take ownership of end to end problem resolution
- Prior experience with HRMS implementation (Workday) is highly preferred
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written) to collaborate with colleagues globally
