Your Role

Part of the **SAP Successfactors** Practice, your role will be to support various clients on the implementation of our partner’s solutions.

You will be required to coordinate and to contribute in each phase of the projects, namely:

- **Framing the project**
- Participate in the project framework session: planning, organisation etc.
- Identification of main stakeholders
- Establish related governance bodies
- **Design & Configuration Phase**:

- Attend identification workshop for needs’ specifications
- Drafting of the general functional specifications
- Configuration and follow up of configuration of **SAP Successfactors**
- **Testing & Validation Phase**:

- Definition of tests scenarios
- Participate in the testing phases
- **Support and training phase**:

- Deployment of support and user assistance
- Provide training to the users
- Definition of change management plan

**Your profil**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
- Prior experience in SAP Successfactors Implementation or Support Projects
- Configuration knowledge in SAP Successfactors
- Experiences in integrations development in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is a plus
- Experiences designing/building integrations in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integrations) is a plus
- Functional knowledge on the different modules : CoreHR, Recruiting (ORC), Performance...
- Any certifications would be plus.
- You are dynamic, resilient and have effective communication skills.
