SAP Recruitment Consultant|Connecting Top SAP Talent with Leading Enterprises Across China, SEA, and India 12 months contract role, 100% remote We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Specialist ( 2-5 years experiences ) to support the design, configuration, and implementation of Recruiting Management (RCM) , Recruiting Marketing (RMK) , and both standard and custom job board integrations . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of recruitment business processes and be capable of transforming these into system-based solutions using the SuccessFactors suite. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement the end-to-end RCM module , including requisition templates, candidate profiles, and application status sets. Customize offer letters, email templates, and applicant data models. Set up applicant workflow steps, interview central, and user role permissions. Maintain compliance and data privacy configurations (e.g., GDPR). Design and launch career websites using CSB with multilingual support and SEO optimization. Integrate RMK with RCM and ensure seamless candidate experience . Configure branding elements, landing pages, talent community, and job alerts. Analyze click-throughs, candidate behavior, and RMK analytics to improve campaign performance. Job Board Integrations (Standard & Custom)Manage standard integrations with leading job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Seek). Develop and deploy custom integrations via SFTP/XML/API with niche or localized job boards. Coordinate with third-party vendors for job scraping or job feed requirements. Monitor job distribution workflows and troubleshoot sync issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands‐on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK, CSB). At least 1 full‐cycle implementation involving all three components: RCM, RMK, and job board integrations.
