Singapore 360 Treasury Systems Full time

**Your Role**:
As a Compliance Manager, APAC based in Singapore, you will be part of the Global Compliance Department.

**Your Responsibilities**:
You will support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of 360T APAC regarding the following:

- Compliance Management of 360T Singapore; including RMO trading venue
- Knowledge of Singapore and other regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of MAS systems
- Preparing and submitting regulatory and compliance returns
- Analysing local and regional regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments
- Assist with KYC checks, compliance monitoring and market surveillance as required
- Drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
- Assisting in the completion of board and committee reports
- Responding to compliance queries and suggesting pragmatic solutions
- Leading projects or providing project assistance as required
- Provision of regulatory and compliance training
- Liaise with and assist the global team as required

**Your Profile**:

- Degree or higher education level. Law, Business or Technology an advantage
- Certification in a professional association such as the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) would be an advantage. Otherwise can be arranged
- Ideally, at least 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services sector
- Above-average communication and conflict resolution skills
- High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills
- Decision-making ability and results orientation
- Team spirit
- Working language English, other languages an advantage
