**What the role is**
- Family Development Group (FDG) strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds, and support them in overcoming challenges. You will be part of the Family Promotion and Partnership Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives.
**What you will be working on**
- Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Support Year of Celebrating SG Families (YCF) campaigns / events (including coordination for key partners’ events) 2. Coordinate event logistics with Events Management Company and social media plan with Marcomms/Creative agency including preparation of admin programmes 3. Support logistics related to engagement of volunteers to support YCF events 4. Support deployment of volunteers for YCF events and campaigns 5. Manage volunteer management system to record volunteer deployment hours and all other required updates for YCF events 6. Content creation for marketing materials, EDMs and social media content to drive digital marketing efforts of YCF events 7. Liaising with vendors to develop digital and physical collaterals
