- Good communication and ability to articulate well
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
As the Telesales Executive, you will be engaging potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities. You can also look forward to:

- Introducing the organization's services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
- Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
- Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
- Ability to provide information on the service that our company provides
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Gathering and documenting customer information in CRM for future use
