We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing new leads or existing leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calls to existing customers to sell solutions to property agents (new and existing customers)
- Upselling products and services
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Processes sales, and accept payment for products and services
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their needs
- Handle objections and negotiate with potential clients
- Manage and schedule sales appointments for salespeople to pitch solutions, whenever required
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and rapport-building
- Provide after-sales service
- Support team during conventions or roadshows
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE ‘N’ Levels and above in any discipline (No experience required. If you do not meet the requirement, we would like to hire you too. Kindly share with us why we should hire you)
- Good Customer Service & Sales Background will be a plus point
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Sales Driven, Confident and Aggressive.
- Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
