**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with external payroll vendor, providing all necessary data inputs and executing payments monthly.
- Responsible for checking of employee’s claim and leave records, collate information for payroll processing, submission of statutory contribution, income tax, and government related claims, etc.
- Provide payroll reconciliations and pertinent payment reports to the Finance department in a timely manner.
- End of year tax support
- Responsible for HR operations matters such as onboarding, contract & letter preparation, work pass administration (EP, S Pass, Work Permit, PLOC), monitor & plan review for staff probation, monthly HR reports, exit process etc.
- Maintain strong data management practices by ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records in both HR systems and personal files.
- Ensure the compliance, integrity, security of the employee database including all letters of appointment and communications issued to employees.
- Oversee the benefits program, encompassing leave management and employee insurance.
- Attend all inquiries from staffs and provide guidance pertaining to HR Operations. Liaise with Government agencies such as MOM, CPF board and IRAS.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations in the Singapore and ensure HR practices comply with local legislation.
- Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SPOs) where applicable. Ensuring work procedures comply with audit standards.
- Participate in and manage HR projects and initiatives when required
- Working as a team to Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems, and communications towards enhancing service and user experiences.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in in Human Resource Management or related field
- Min. 3 to 4 years of experience in human resource management
- Added advantage if you have experience in HR Operations and Payroll
- People and time management skills.
- Self-driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, proactivity and enthusiasm
- Able to work well under pressure
- Hands-on problem solver
