**Job responsibilities**:
l As a strategic HRBP, be familiar with the business, organization and talent situation of the supporting departments, design talent strategy and implement plans together with the department head to achieve organizational efficiency improvement, talent and cultural development.

l Support talent supply and team building including recruitment, performance and incentives management with suggestions and solutions;
l Implement and provide effective feedback as well as improvement on company's HR policies, regulations, projects and various talent management activities;
l Develop communication channels and employee relationship, pay attention to employee updates and needs, facilitate communication between the company and employees, and promote company culture;
l Cooperate with other HRBP to improve the management.

**Job Requirements**:
l Bachelor degree or above, HR or related management major is preferred;
l More than 6 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, more than 4 years of HRBP experience, Internet or retail FMCG industry experience is preferred;
l Have systematic human resource management knowledge and skills, remarkable project management thinking, be familiar with various functions of human resources, especially human resource planning, recruitment and performance management, good command of data analysis is preferred;
l Have strong communication and learning ability, be able to understand business quickly and interact with business departments well. Perform well under pressure, be able to cooperate and guide business leaders actively.

l Have a strong sense of teamwork, good execution and innovation.

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
