**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Manage design and construction projects for our client's culinary team, including master schedule and master budgets, design and construction process.
- Manage our client's work streams, with special focus on Space Planning, Workplace Design, and Facilities/Construction PM teams.
- Effectively interface with cross-functional teams on questions regarding the culinary team s program and design criteria.
- Design review/coordination to completion with project design team.
- Maintain high standards of QA/QC flag deficiencies, follow/push level of progress across team of stakeholders.
- Communication: improve the coordination, tracking and communication of project requirements, priorities, and status to key stakeholders.
- Create frameworks and road maps for how to improve culinary program incorporation into overall projects.
- Establish and oversee documentation and development of Culinary Program Guidelines and Design Standards, Best Practices.
- Support team in developing and managing a long-term strategic roadmap while simultaneously executing milestones and project tasks exceptionally well.
- Engage, influence and inspire others, and should be sought out for expertise, assistance and mentorship.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience or B.A. preferred with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate project management skills that drive results
- Demonstrate leadership skills in a cross-pyramid capacity
- Knowledge of processes & procedures development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technology
- Direct project and process management experience. Accomplish assignments and responsibilities
- Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
