Qlub is an online platform revolutionizing payments in restaurants and cafeterias by letting their customers pay the bill without the interaction of any waiter or waitress straight from a QR code in the table.
Qlub has recently raised a seed round of US$17 million, and we are building our presence across Asia/Australia, as well as the Middle East, Latin America and parts of Europe.
**Customer Success Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the post-sale onboarding process for new restaurants & cafeterias to our platform after the contract has been signed and confirmed.
- Track merchant’s health with the ongoing deployment and usage of Qlub’s product and services to ensure customer’s satisfaction and retention with Qlub.
- You will work on building the relationship with our existing customers; identifying and troubleshooting issues that customers may encounter while using the service.
- Capture, organise and convey customers’ feedback to internal teams while managing customer expectations and communication around upcoming features.
- Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on reports & industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Strong people management skills with good written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent listening skills. Proficiency in mandarin would be a value add.
- Experience in F&B and/or B2b SaSS preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work with various points of contact within each account (business owners, operations, finance)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; Team player that enjoys & easily bonds with people
- Basic understanding of technology and cloud-based software
