Overview JNT CONSULTANCY & SERVICES is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Customer Success Executive Full-time. GET TO KNOW THE TEAM JNT Consultancy & Services is a Business Consulting Company based in Singapore and Vietnam, providing consulting and financial solutions in Vietnam, USA, Singapore, Hongkong, Cayman, Thailand. The Day-to-Day Activities Give B2B customers the best use cases based on their needs, assist them with panel usage, onboard new partners, and consult on how to use products optimally. Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer. Maintain and expand on excellent executive client relationships as well as building strong internal relationships across the departments to deliver superior performance. Participate in product development & business development campaigns both in Vietnam and overseas Reach out to potential customers from online and offline channels Manage small and medium projects, follow up on projects and other assigned tasks. The Must-Have Ability to collaborate with teams; present and communicate ideas effectively.
