As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle. Browse our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team openings to see how you can make an impact with us. - Support various business units as an analytical and reporting partner to plan, strategise, and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making. The business units include, but are not limited, to Marketing, Operations, Products, Business Development and People. - Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects, develop reports and dashboards to enable real-time, daily, weekly and monthly business performance review for business insights and presentation to senior management - Manage a team of > 10 high performing individuals to achieve and execute business plans - Lead the team to translate complex business requests to technical tasks - Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree, preferably in finance & accounting, economics, data analytics, statistics, information systems or any other quantitative discipline - 8+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence or data analytics with min 2 years experience in e-commerce industry - Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a team of >10 functional experts to deliver projects and data-driven business performance - Strong ability to present and communicate key information to senior stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner - Able to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions - Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment - Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutions
