**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Generate quotations for clients
- Build a good relationship with the client
- minoring of shipment status and keep customer update on cargo arrival date
- follow up with Arrival notice and declare import permit to Singapore custom
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as delivery orders and invoices
- arrange shipment delivery from port to customer warehouse.
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliver of shipment
- take in vendor invoice and close job
- Able to work independently, and in a fast pace environment
- Able to work under stress
- Able to work overtime
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
