**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with end-users and build good rapport;
- Plan, coordinate, and involve in end-user training for system implementations and enhancements (implementations and enhancements);
- To provide training to end-user when required;
- the First level of support for all issues reported by the end users;
- To be able to classify reported issues correctly;
- To prepare and present monthly progress reports;
- Prepare and draft incident reports if required;
- To track and ensure all issues reported are closed within SLA and all enhancements are accepted within the agreed timeline;
- To provide any technical support, e.g. printer configuration.
- Required to work on-site in one of 3 shifts (morning to evening, afternoon to night, night to morning).

Experience required:

- 1-2 years of related working experience in a similar capacity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to track issues from creation to closure closely
- HTML5, CSS, and Javascript experience or backend experience with Java, or.NET.
- Ability to work on shift to support after office hours and weekends (Morning, Evening or late Night).
- Recognized Professional Certificate /Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent

Nice to have skills:

- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry
- Angular or React experience is a plus but not required (good javascript fundamentals and HTML5 is more important)
- Backend experience with Java or.NET is a huge plus
