As TripleA’s designer, you are the heart of our brand. You are an empathetic thinker and user experience specialist, who will lead design projects to elevate our sales and marketing communications, and our product’s user experience. **Roles and responsibilities**

You will be:

- Driving a user-centric design process for our product, translating customers’ needs into design prototypes.
- Leading UX/UI design for our product across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop).
- Designing and producing all marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for TripleA.
- Working closely with a cross-functional team across tech, product, marketing and sales.

**Qualifications required**

You:

- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, design research, and user experience design.
- Have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro would be a bonus.
- Communicate clearly, constructively, and promptly - orally, visually, and written
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Have experience with qualitative behavioural and attitudinal research techniques, including: usability testing, in-depth interviews with users and stakeholders, contextual interviews, card sorting, diary studies, surveys
- Exacting and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Portfolio of work required.
