Hakko Products is looking for an outgoing, resourceful and passionate Sales Engineer to focus on Hakko series of products. You will be driving the sales efforts in Singapore. This position requires initiative, independence, ability to learn quickly, ability to manage relationships effectively, and superb communication and negotiation skills. This is an ideal position for an individual who loves challenges and is result-oriented. You’ll be Hakko’s driving force to boost our sales in Singapore.
In this position, you will need to:
- Implement and achieve sales target by developing and directing effective sales channels
- Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls
- Deliver quality presentations to customers and key decision makers
- Service existing client and expand the customer base
- Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services
- Propose product solutions according to customers’ requirements
- Develop and manage local market, and execute new marketing initiatives to increase market share
- Build quality relationship with customers and managers
- Keep up with changes in the market and industry, and the changes in customers' needs
Desired skills and requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Sciences or equivalent
- Min 2-3 Year(s) of relevant experience in capitalised equipment and/or solution sales in manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fast-learner, disciplined, independent and result-oriented
- CAD and PLC knowledge preferred
- Possess own vehicle in Singapore

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
