We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of our Optical Network and MetroE solution. This role requires a deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecommunications sector, including enterprises, government agencies, and service providers.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our telecom solutions, including optical network and MetroE, and related products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs and requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our telecom solutions and highlight their value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide feedback on product enhancements and new features.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of telecom solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in telecommunications to provide strategic guidance and competitive differentiation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, including revenue goals, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom sales, sales engineering, or a related technical sales role.
- Good knowledge of telecommunications technologies, products, and services, including network infrastructure, optical network, MetroE and related solutions.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Singapore and occasionally internationally as required.
