Singapore Landscape Industry Association (Singapore) Full time

The **Landscape Industry Association (Singapore) **was incorporated in 2001. The mission of LIAS is to develop and promote professionalism and quality in landscape products and services to fulfil Singapore’s vision of being a City in a Garden. LIAS provides a forum for members to foster better networking, encourage industry discussions and maximise trade opportunities. The Association disseminates updates on industry information, organises trade programmes and promotions as well as activities relating to landscaping.

LIAS is hiring a project executive for the following scope:

- Assist the Lead Manager to provide leadership and guidance in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day communications and marketing.
- Assist LEAD Manager in achieving all the deliverables and LEAD KPIs.
- Support LEAD Manager in liaison work with the appointed consultants and related administrative work.
- Provide support for all related trainings, liaison with vendors, and taking minutes for the sessions.
- Keep abreast of the LEAD project developments and work with consultants to ensure the project is on track.
- Plan, design and support the Association's participation in regional and international activities and events to promote OBC. This includes publicity for both online and offline publication materials (e.g. bi-annual e-newsletter).
- Recruit and retain members for the Association to promote wider adoption of the OBC concept.
- To secure corporate sponsorships and participation for LIAS events (e.g.,GreenThumbs, LIAS Awards, CSR and/or Trade Shows), where SBG and LOMM are showcased.
- Assist in Business Matching, Technology Missions and Seminars, and Social Networking Sessions or Events.
- Oversee the publication of the Association’s directory (if any).

This role reports to the LEAD Manager and LIAS Council.
