Job Profile Summary:
The position provides leadership, direction, management and oversight of all aspects of the organization’s operations, objectives and initiatives to support the attainment of short-and long-term financial and department goals including working with the Group Operations and Technology teams to ensure alignment to the Group Blueprints and objectives.
This role contributes to the long-term strategy to drive significantly high standards in process design, technology and focus on transformation. This role will contribute to the enhancements, designing and planning of TOM value chain, future capabilities, operating models, metrics, steering, governance, and transition plans.
**Job Description**:
- Develop and drive the implementation of the strategy for Operations and development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales
- Work with respective teams in the organization to drive operational initiatives geared towards the target operating model design, development and continuous improvement
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems and new technologies that will help the company to grow and deliver its services more efficiently
- Work with Head of Operations Governance to mitigate or remediate any audit recommendations or gaps identified as part of ongoing internal assessments
- Reflect company values in leadership style and personal conduct, both internally and externally to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Participate and engage in the pertinent Strategic committee, Project Working Group meetings and post deployment activities
- Assume sponsorship for key Operations and IT strategic programs and projects
- Develop and lead the Project Portfolio for all Operational projects, reporting on portfolio & projects costs, resources and delivery achievements
Competencies and Experience:
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Operations, ideally in areas related to Transformation, Change Management, Process Design & Improvement- Knowledge of business, financial and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them-
- Good understanding of organization design and operating delivery network line with process and technology development.
