NICE Actimize is currently seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic and growing Professional Services team based in Singapore. The Software Engineer role will span the full NICE Actimize Global product suite.

**So, what’s the role all about**
- Drive the installation, customization, and configuration of Actimize products and provide technical assistance to Actimize clients.
- Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts in multi-disciplinary environment using waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Plan and execute unit and functionality testing to ensure solutions meet design specifications.
- Engage with customer to address technical queries and facilitate discussions.
- Self-starter that can navigate complex requirements and independently execute projects in large enterprise organizations.

**How will you make an impact?**
- Determining technical feasibility by evaluating requirements and analysis as well as proposed solutions.
- Preparing and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Coach client in detailed data requirements for Actimize package.
- Assist clients in developing ETL processes and perform data validation activities.
- Support end users during testing, UAT and product acceptance phases.
- Provide practical suggestions to meet client requirements while adhering to product framework.
- Collaborate with teams to gather information and validate technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Act as liaison between the clients, IT teams, Customer Support and Actimize R&D sites across the globe.

**Have you got what it takes?***
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related fields
- 3- 5 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally within the financial crime or technology space
- Proven experience in operating within a global environment
- Proven and Hands on experience in PL/SQL
- Databases: SQL Skills (Oracle, SQLServer, PostgreSQL) or Data Warehousing, ETL
- Operating systems: Windows and Linux
- Programming language: Java Script, Shell Scripting, Java
- Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL
- Application Servers: Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere

**You will have an advantage if you also have**:

- Cloud SAAS or Software as a service (SAAS) experience is a PLUS.
- Knowledge of automating Batch processes, Web Services, APIs and Real-Time Systems is good to have.
- Experience in enterprise software implementation or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions.
