Quality Service Officer

**Location: Clarke Quay**
**Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Provide interim replies to QSM cases received**:
- **Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public**:
- **Monitor progress of QSM cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards**:
- **Assist in collating data and providing analysis on QSM cases received by quarterly QSM reports**
**Requirements**:
- **Good writing and communication skills**:
- **Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**
