Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Salary**: Up to S$15/hour
Contract: 3 months
Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hour: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist to organise meetings, collate meeting materials, and prepare logistic items (arrange for refreshments, booking of venue for meetings or events, ensure stationery require are in place) require for various meetings, events, workshops or seminars for the members attending the meeting.
- Assist AHD officers with trip preparations (e.g. finding of appropriate gifts for presentations to foreign delegations for overseas working trips or events, booking/search for hotel accommodations, air tickets, etc)
- Printing and organizing of documents; including binding the documents when require
- Data verifications: assist to verify information of the given data in the excel spreadsheet or other sources
- Collation of data from various agency for updating purposes in Excel or other MS office programme files
- Assist to source for quotes from suppliers for various purchase when require
- Assist with preparing the list require for greeting cards that will send to various stakeholders
- Other tasks assigned by division members or supervisors
