**Client Executive**

As a curious person and fast learner, you learn about our clients’ industries quickly, and keep up with trends and current events to advise. As a Client Executive, you are responsible to implement PR activities on a day to day basis to support account management.

**Senior Client Executive**

As a Senior Client Executive, you are responsible for day-to-day servicing of clients, handling of accounts assigned to them, and initiate and implement PR activities outlined in a communications programme to PRecious Communications’ standards.

Based on your first experiences in public relations, you would have built relationships with some key journalists already. Pitching our client stories to media and other influencers, as well as monitoring the outcomes of our campaigns for our clients, is part of your daily routine. You will be part of a team, but working across practices and in both traditional and digital PR.

**Key Responsibilities**

Account Management
- Day-to-day management of account, including WIP meetings, according to agreed programme and scope of work
- Prepare and submit on time all client meeting contact reports
- Prepare client monthly activity reports detailing all activities carried out for the month
- Ensure all materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate, error-free and approved by account lead (account consultant or director)
- Brief and manage third parties e.g. designers, photographers, event companies and vendors
- Assist on event research and planning, logistics coordination
- Manage and oversee client events, logistics and coordination
- Serve as account lead, manage client contact and correspondence
- Assist on budget and costing research
- Manage and resolve any emerging issues around client or budget
- Manage media monitoring and compile media clippings
- Conduct media pitching
- Build and cultivate relationships with the media and influencers

Client Management & Strategy Counsel
- Support research on client business and industry (e.g. competitor analysis, industry issues and trends)
- Contribute strategic and creative inputs for clients’ PR programmes, proposals and at client meetings
- Provide client counsel, proactively build client trust and relationships
- Support research for media training (e.g. research on media / journalists)
- Monitor and alert team and directors to emerging and potential PR or industry issues relevant to client
- Prepare comms programme or project evaluation reports at appropriate intervals
- Assist in media training of clients

Content Development
- Research and assist in development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social / digital content, speeches / talking points, message house, editorial calendar)
- Adapt and customise content for different audience and formats
- Create hooks and create media / audience appeal (e.g. strong pitch, headline, caption)
- Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story

Team Work & Management
- Making an effort to welcome newcomers
- Manage, coach and train junior or new members

Business Development & Management
- Contribute in business development pitches and undertake research / intelligence gathering
- Provide business development leads as and when you come across them

We are looking for a team player who can collaborate well with other team members across the region and understand that working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive. While most of our clients require your services in written and spoken English, additional language skills, especially Chinese or Bahasa, are highly welcomed in order to liaise with Chinese & Bahasa speaking media as well as to serve our international clients across the region.

**Client Executive**
- University degree with an internship or 1 year relevant experience in communications / marketing
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- You are familiar with the most popular traditional and Social Media channels and reach target audiences effectively for our clients.
- Any additional skills, like Photoshop, as well as photography and videography, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Insights, are highly welcomed as well.

**Senior Client Executive**
- We are looking for a great communicator with experience working in a PR agency - ideally 2 years of experience as a PR Executive.
- You are familiar with the most popular traditional and Social Media channels and reach target audiences effective
