Client Executive

DESCRIPTION:The new team member is excited about working closely with our client services and leadership team by advising and implementing cutting-edge PR & Digital programmes across the fast-paced Lifestyle/Technology/Start Up Services.

You will contribute to the day-to-day management of client accounts, including client and media meetings, content creation, research and strategy.

**Client Executive**:
- As a curious person and fast learner, you learn about our clients’ Lifestyle/Technology/Start Up and related industries quickly, and keep up with trends and current events to advise.
- Day-to-day management of account, including WIP meetings, according to agreed programme and scope of work
- Fully familiarise oneself with clients’ business and related industry, client contacts, and clients’ internal communication processes
- Prepare client monthly activity reports detailing all activities carried out for the month
- Ensure all materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate, error-free and approved by the account lead (account consultant or director)
- Brief and manage third parties e.g. designers, photographers, event companies and vendors
- Assist with event research and planning, logistics coordination
- Manage and oversee client events and functions
- Support account lead in managing client contact and correspondence
- Assist with budget and costing research
- Manage media monitoring and compile media clippings
- Conduct media pitching
- Build and cultivate relationships with the media and influencers
- Research and assist in the development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social / digital content, speeches / talking points, message house, editorial calendar)
- Adapt and customise content for different audience and formats
- Create hooks and create media / audience appeal (e.g. strong pitch, headline, caption)
- Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story

**Senior Client Executive**
- Based on your first experiences in public relations, you have built relationships with some key journalists already.
- Pitching our client stories to media and other influencers, as well as monitoring the outcomes of our campaigns for our clients, is part of your daily routine.
- You assist in planning and management of client events, and know-how to juggle the logistics involved.
- You will brief and coordinate with third parties, such as designers and videographers, and make sure that all parts of a project come together on time and within the budget.
- You prepare and submit meticulous reports on time, and keep track of deliverables and deadlines.
- You will be part of a team, but working across practices and in both traditional and digital PR.

REQUIREMENTS:We are looking for a team player who can collaborate well with other team members across the region and understand that working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive. While most of our clients require your services in written and spoken English, additional language skills, especially Chinese or Bahasa, are highly welcomed in order to liaise with Chinese & Bahasa speaking media as well as to serve our international clients across the region.

- University degree with an internship or 1 year relevant experience in communications / marketing
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- You are familiar with the most popular traditional and Social Media channels and reach target audiences effectively for our clients.
- Any additional skills, like Photoshop, as well as photography and videography, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Insights, are highly welcomed as well.

**Senior Client Executive
- We are looking for a great communicator with experience working in a PR agency - ideally 2 years of experience as a PR Executive.
- You are familiar with the most popular traditional and Social Media channels and reach target audiences effectively for our clients.
- Any additional skills, like Photoshop, as well as photography and videography, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Insights, are highly welcomed as well.
