**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Public Relations Executive with a strong passion for the F&B and lifestyle sector to join our agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive PR strategies for clients, building and maintaining media relationships, managing and executing PR campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, media outlets, and KOLs.
- Act as the point of contact for media inquiries and secure media placements and presence for clients.
- **PR Strategy Development**:

- Work on developing and implementing PR strategies that align with our clients' goals and brand identity.
- Create and execute proactive and reactive PR campaigns to drive positive brand visibility.
- **Press Releases & Communications**:

- Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Ensure that all external communications to media and KOLs are consistent with the client’s tone, messaging, and brand guidelines.
- **Media Event & Tasting Management**:

- Plan and execute media events, tasting sessions, and other public engagements.
- Organising, managing and hosting of media and KOLs during tasting sessions.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Monitor media coverage to ensure the client's brand is positively represented.
- Monitor and craft reports on PR campaign performance and media coverage metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in public relations.
- Proven experience in media relations and strategic planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media landscape and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
- A proactive, creative personality with a strong love for the F&B and Lifestyle sector.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and PR opportunities.
- Experience with content creation (e.g., blogs, articles, video scripts).
- Strong project management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an F&B and Lifestyle PR agency is a plus.
