Administrative & Operations Support Officer - Engineering, Tuas Avenue

**Hours: 44 hrs/week (Mon-Fri) + alternate full Saturday with overtime pay**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Process and verify orders / customer requests / invoices, resolving discrepancies swiftly
- Maintain and update critical data in Excel and our internal databases
- Assist department heads with projects, documentation, and day-to-day admin tasks
- Coordinate with colleagues to gather information for precise record-keeping
- Prepare and dispatch insurance documents and technical drawings to customers
- Arrange external transport for machinery delivery and collection
- Manage customer orders and enquiries with professionalism and speed
- Handle filing, scheduling, document prep, and incoming call
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Natural multitasker with strong verbal communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and accountable—you see tasks through to completion
- Meticulous mindset that catches every detail
- Collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Reporting Line:
You’ll report directly to the General Manager and the Operations & Sales Director/Manager, giving you exposure to high-level decision-making and opportunities to influence our processes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
