About the job:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the client interaction with Saxo with the purpose of retaining the clients and develop the relationship.

The Relationship Management department manages Private HNWI Clients and active traders.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the client interaction to keep client attrition to a minimum. The Relationship Manager is a client ambassador in Saxo’s value chain- Manage assigned client portfolio successfully based on factors such as retention, growth, upgrade, reactivation- Participate in client events and organize client educational seminars- Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases and/or changes to their account- Assisting the client with risk related matters caused by e.g. margin increase, system changes etc.- Ensuring that new clients are able to trade independently on the various platforms- Conduct regular account reviews with Sales and Sales Trading to develop the account- Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Relationship Manager are suited as directed by Saxo Capital Markets

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services- Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues- Degree holder with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.- CMFAS Module 1B, 2A, 5, 6, 6A- Able to speak fluently and write in both English and Mandarin, additional languages are considered an advantage- Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment- Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI’s- Good team player
