Senior Manager (Digital Infrastructure)

In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for ensuring all physical digital infrastructure including server rooms and network communication rooms, comply with statutory safety and security regulations, organisational polices and operational standards
- Lead compliance reviews, coordinate regular checks, establish and maintain a robust maintenance regime in collaboration with contractors and other facility managers in DSO
- Ensure the efficient and secure operation of physical infrastructure in DSO

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in any field
- Preferably 10 years of relevant IT experience
- Proven track record in compliance management with safety, security and statutory regulations
- Hands on experience in infrastructure assessments, audits and remediation planning
- Experience in working with maintenance contractors and developing preventive maintenance regimes
- Familiar with regulatory authority engagement and handling inspections/audits
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across all Digital infrastructure facilities, with no lapses leading to operational, safety and security risks
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and provide actionable recommendations to Digital management ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices
- Develop sustainable maintenance regime that ensures uninterrupted, safe, and secure operations of Digital's physical infrastructure
- Ensure strong alignment between infrastructure operations and external/internal compliance requirements
