You will be working on the Standardisation of Specifications for Library Development Projects as an Intern under the Properties & Facilities Management division.

[What you will be working on]
- Conduct research, organise meeting/ workshops with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Minutes taking, documentation of findings and requirements from stakeholders, update and share findings with Project Manager.
- Support PM in preparation of presentation to management, preparation of budgetary estimate, etc.

[What we are looking for]
- Students from Infrastructure/Building Project Management, Architecture related courses preferred.
- Good communication and writing skills, a keen sense of resourcefulness.
- Have basic knowledge on infrastructure design, construction or interior design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to use design software such as photoshop to translate lengthy design requirements/specifications into short and concise infographics would be advantageous.
