**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage business requirements gathering for **Temenos T24 core banking implementations**.
- Conduct **gap analysis** and define **functional specifications** aligned with T24 modules (e.g., AA, LD, FT, MM, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across banking operations, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment on business processes.
- Analyze and document **AS-IS and TO-BE** business processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into **T24 configuration or customization** requirements.
- Participate in **UAT planning**, **test case design**, and **defect resolution**.
- Support implementation, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Work with Temenos consultants and internal development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Business Analyst in core banking projects**.
- **Hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact)** - implementation or upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with key T24 modules**:AA (Arrangement Architecture), Lending (LD), Funds Transfer (FT), Treasury (MM, FX)**.
- Strong understanding of **banking operations**, core processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work with **SQL** and basic **data analysis** for validation/testing.
- Experience in **writing BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and user stories**.
- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Temenos Infinity** or **Digital Banking platforms** is a plus.
- Prior experience in **Agile** and **Waterfall** environments.
- **Temenos certification** is an added advantage.
