We are looking for a **Business Analyst **experienced in Financial Markets Technology. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support risk management platform for Financial Markets
- Business analysis, delivery management, project management
- Be part of a team that works on projects affecting all functions including Front Office, Middle Office, Market Risk, Valuation Control, Product Control, Technology, and Back Office.
- Manage stakeholders on both IT and Business functions
- Deliver individual tasks and overall projects on time and of a high quality
- Ensure projects pass internal audits and reviews
- Post-project implementation reviews and alignment of project deliverable to measurable exit criteria

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in Financial Markets or Risk Technology
- Strong understanding of BA process with exposure to front-to-back system implementation, along with proven ability to work across business streams
- Extensive Derivatives knowledge across asset classes encompassing product knowledge, pricing, risk analytics and trade life cycle
- Quantitative finance understanding, and ability to liaise with quantitative analysts on pricing and risk topics are highly preferred
- Good understanding of key technology concepts, basics in SQL, functional programming and architecture, and overall strong technical acumen is a big plus
- Knowledge and experience of Agile development practices, or as a Scrum Master highly desirable
