The incumbent will act as the Programme Manager for the Master's programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science in response to the suite of Programmes' rapid expansion. The dedicated person will help to ensure the smooth delivery of the sought-after self-financing programmes and ensure their service standard. By working with the Programme Directors and Dean's Office at the Faculty of Science, he/she will manage the Programmes' end-to-end administration including admission, job placement, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
- Work closely with Programme Director(s) and Dean's Office, to take charge of the overall administration of the Master's programmes throughout the student lifecycle.
- Contribute to the outreach efforts in promoting the degree programmes in Singapore and the region, including organizing programme briefings, managing the programmes' marketing collaterals and other social media content.
- Collaborate with the Programme Director, faculty members and Dean's Office to manage the programmes' admission cycles to upkeep the programmes' quality.
- Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to promote the Programmes' career services, to assist to secure internship/full time job opportunities for students.
- Act as the contact point to cultivate the Programmes' alumni relations and enhance the community cohesion, aligned with Programmes' overall branding strategy.
- Undertake other administrative duties related to the Programmes if needed.

**Qualifications/Requirements/Other Info**
- Degree from a recognized university.
- Programme management experience, preferably 1+ year of experience as programme coordinator and partnership development in the higher education sector.
- Organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Networking and event management skills.
- Motivated, self-starter with ability to contribute to strategic planning, and perform duties independently.
- The incumbent will be emplaced at an appropriate appointment grade based on his/her individual merits.
