Platform Manager

We are looking to speak to Platform Managers with Software Development/ Technical background You will be supporting the delivery of the regional eCommerce platform **Responsibilities** **Design & Requirements** - Collaborate and implement on platform design through extracting business priorities and fulfilling business needs - Work in collaboration with the UX/UI Product Design functions to realise and communicate on product requirements - Ensure platforms are designed to achieve defined product and customer success metrics in line with the function and business objectives. - Ensure platforms are designed to support scalability, reliability and efficient maintainability. - Amplify Agile practices through design and execution efforts. **Development** - Partner with technology solutions delivery leads and business functional teams to gather, guide and refine requirements into detailed technical user stories - Manage platform roadmap and delivery timeline guidance alongside target business goals. - Plan and execute platform go-to market release plans, ensuring managed release, with mitigation risk and rollback plans in place **Operations** - Support the maintenance and ongoing feature iteration growth of their responsible platform(s) ensuring appropriate prioritisation, tech capabilities aligned with best-in-class practices consistent with company vision and business goals **Project Delivery** - Build out detailed user story requirements based on the product backlog - Document solution design - Work as a part of the delivery team to build detailed user stories, clarify questions, and support QA **Requirements**: - Experience in eCommerce, Start-up environment - Prior experience in managing digital initiatives involving multi-functional stakeholders **Good to have** - DevOps, Cloud, CICD, Microservices and Mobile development practices "Sanderson-iKas" is the brand name for iKas International (Asia) Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore under Company UEN No.: 200914065E with EA license number 16S8086.
