Showroom Receptionist Ambassador

Location: Suntec City Mall Showroom
**Job Summary:
The car showroom receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome and assisting with inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Greeting**:Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom with a positive attitude and professional appearance. Provide information about available vehicles and promotions.
- **Appointment Coordination**:Manage the showroom’s appointment calendar, including test drives, service appointments, and sales consultations.
- **Administrative Support**:Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Prepare and distribute documents as needed.
- **Customer Service**:Address and resolve customer queries or concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Assist with paperwork for vehicle purchases and service requests.
- **Visitor Management**:Maintain visitor logs and ensure guests are directed to the appropriate staff members.
- **Sales Support**:Provide support to sales staff by preparing customer information, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with showroom displays.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is an advantage.
