Supply Chain Planning Manager

**Scope, & Impact**:

- Scope of the role is Supply Chain Planning for the entire OU. The role is important for the delivery of the OU and global SC orchestration strategy. (Capability, Demand-Capacity analysis and infrastructure planning)
- In scope of the role are the main supply chain planning and optimization processes and activities: S&OP planning across supply chain including CPS, annual and multi-annual production capacity planning for the entire KO portfolio including innovation, business continuity planning and contingency planning, maximizing the asset utilization, SC performance improvements.
- Specifically, the role will collaborate across supply chain for:

- Designing Supply Chain infrastructure strategies to support the achievement of the Business Plan and long-term growth in the OU.
- Strategic supply chain investments to support innovation, sustainable operations and business continuity
- Make vs. buy decisions on an annual and 3-5 years basis
- Improve the operational performance through S&OP
- Support Commercial team and SC Category managers in the New Revenue Stream Channel by:

- Identifying NRS strategy framework and link it to SC enablers
- Implementing new technologies for Route to Market. Improve supply chain cost to supply

**Strategy and Business Performance**:

- Provide thought leadership in development of Supply Chain masterplans for the OU, lead key initiatives identified by Global Supply Chain or the OU TI&SC team and capture strategic supply chain game changers and plans for achieving the Company Vision
- Develop specific supply chain plans and solutions for the OU that are cost competitive and efficient for all categories to support OU growth targets and Beverages for Life strategy.
- Collect and share data and best practices from the bottling partners & suppliers and analyze data to monitor performance
- Work with Bottler SC and Corporate SC teams and Category SC managers for developing supply chain solutions and capabilities in the OU:

- Develop solutions to better serve customers and consumers and reduce out-of-stock in the marketplace
- Develop and implement processes for ongoing cost reduction, standardization and SKU rationalization
- build fit for purpose supply chain infrastructure to achieve profitable growth across all categories
- Improve and implement successful processes to minimize system write-offs.
- Manage Capacity & Capability Planning through Modelling and Forecasting techniques
- Develop and oversee a robust Demand & Supply Operational Planning (DS&OP) framework for the OU.
- Lead/Participate in assessment and business case development for potential M&A in the OU
- Build Supply chain infrastructure planning to optimize RGM

**Sourcing**
- Coordinate the OU Technical efforts to ensure continuity of supply i.e. Ingredients (CO2), sugar, packaging materials etc.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to continually validate current and future supply capacities.
- In conjunction with corporate team, develop and lead sourcing strategy for the OU

**Manufacturing & Logistics**
- Develop strategies, optimum value capture opportunities and supply chain models for existing categories and to enable future profitable portfolio expansions with new categories such as dairy, plant based, brewed tea, RTD coffee etc.
- Assess local supply chain capability and capacity and develop recommendations for the business options for optimum supply solutions (including Make/Buy framework, and leverage contract manufacturing), conduct infrastructure studies.
- Ownership of SC Risk assessment and contingency planning. Work with bottling partners and all other stakeholders to optimize TCCC supply base, manage supplier related risks, and identify relevant contract manufacturers.
- In collaboration with the Technical Operations teams, manage resources to ensure continuity of supply and to mitigate out of stocks across the system
- Development of manufacturing hubs in strategic locations to service country clusters.
- Identify current and future potential supply and logistic issues and opportunities for pro-active exploration.

**Project Management**
- Supply Chain related Project management. This includes coordination with country teams, bottlers and other stakeholders
- Identify current and future potential supply and logistic issues and opportunities for pro-active exploration.
- Portfolio Optimization; including lifecycle management framework and SKU rationalization, portfolio segmentation, design and adjust supply model, and building strategies for agile and resilient supply chain across portfolio and product lifecycle
- Build and manage fit for purpose supply chain infrastructure for the OU portfolio of products, balancing growth with asset management and cost to supply

- OU Technical& SC teams, global SC team, GSSC members, franchise bottlers supply chain teams, suppliers and OEMs, R&D
