Novena, Singapore Archisthetic Interior Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Manage on-site construction work, ensure compliance with design specifications, and coordinate with contractors and workers.
- **Drafting**: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- **Quantity Surveying**: Conduct material take-offs, cost estimation, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Ensure projects adhere to approved designs and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Monitor project budgets, recommend cost-saving solutions, and assist in procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quantity surveying.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and regulations.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
