- To call and execute on all inbound and outbound delinquent consumer and corporate accounts in a timely manner, mainly Front End Collections.
- Able to recommend and execute appropriate collection / restructuring actions for recovery of debt and minimise credit losses.
- Handle collection process from reminder, repayment call, follow up and issue of reminder letter.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a call centre.
- To manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of call attempts; contacts and payments made by customers.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly collection activity reports to management
- Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Strong presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills; ability to maintain momentum and drive to maximise dollars collected..
- Ideally with relevant experience in collections, preferably with business, autoloan or retail clients.
- Proven track record of overachievement of collections expectations.
- Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Those with team management experience will be considered for senior role.

Working Hours:
5 Day Work Week, Monday to Saturday, Sunday Off and 1 more Off in the week.

10am - 7.30pm
