**About Us**
DAS Umbrella is a holding company that houses many brands of our own. We are hiring for one of our biggest flagship brands, a reputable online Bedding store in Singapore and 6 other countries.
Our main office is located in Singapore, at Ubi. However, for this role, you would be working at our Showroom office, which is a beautiful newly renovated space, located at Kaki Bukit.
**Job Scope**
You would be expected to assist customers' inquiries over our ticketing system, social media, and phone calls. Typically scenario would be customers checking on delivery status, checking of product information, or checking for warranty/refund upon the end of the trial.
You would be tasked to take care of just Singapore's inquiries for a start, you should also expect to eventually take care of our other countries' enquiries as well.

Working Hours: 5 days work week, 10am to 6pm.
Budget for the role: Between SGD 3.3k to SGD 4k (Negotiable for very experienced.)

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
