**Head of Customer Service (E-commerce/Start-up)

1. Direct and manage the customer service department.
2. Plan, strategise, and implement systems to push for customer service (pre-sales and after sales).
3. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the department goals.
4. Ensure strong company culture across the departments.
5. Motivate the departments to accomplish the department goals.
**Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree graduate is preferred
2. 3-5 years of experience in business, supervision, and management with eCommerce/startup background
3. Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner
4. Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
5. Interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
**Skills**
1. Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate with employees.
2. Analytical and sharp mind
3. Adherence to guidelines
4. Committed and dedicated
5. Fast learner in fast-paced environment
6. Experienced in **E-commerce **(direct-to-consumer, business-to-consumer) is preferred
7. Experienced in a **Start-up company **is preferred
Working schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
