**How you will make an impact**:

- Perform routine inspections of components, supplier audit and may be a second approver on material disposition as required.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and distribute daily work orders according to inventory requirements to support master production schedule.
- Monitor nonconformities in system and procedures to ensure on time closure of NCR/SCAR.
- Collaborate with Engineers to improve and/or clarify procedures as required to reflect current practices.
- Provide training and coaching to lower level employees.
- Other incidental duties.

**What you'll need (required)**:

- H.S. Diploma or equivalent in with technical degree in related field, 4 years experience of previous related inspection experience Required.
- Bachelor's Degree in in related field strongly preferred, process or product auditing experience Preferred.

**What else we look for (preferred)**:

- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
- Good computer skills including MS Office Suite; JDE preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English required.
- Substantial understanding of drawings and specifications in inspection.
- Substantial understanding of quality system how it interacts other functions and areas within the organization.
- Substantial knowledge of manufacturing and inspection software.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision.
- No instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given only on new lines of work or special assignments.
